1. Repairs & Warranty

  • We provide a 12 month warranty on all repairs, covering defective parts and workmanship.
  • The warranty does not cover:
    • Accidental damage, liquid damage, or physical damage after repair.
    • Issues unrelated to the original repair.
    • Tampering by third parties after the repair.

2. Refunds for Repair Services

  • If a device cannot be repaired after service, we will offer:
    • full refund if no fix was completed.
    • partial refund if parts were installed but the issue persists.
  • Refunds are not provided for:
    • Diagnostic fees (if applicable).
    • Repairs that are successful but the customer changes their mind.

3. Returns & Exchanges for Parts & Accessories

  • Unused accessories (cases, chargers, cables, etc.) can be returned within 14 days if in original packaging.
  • Opened or used accessories cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Faulty accessories can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of purchase.

4. Process for Returns & Refunds

  • Customers must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
  • Customers must bring the device/accessory to our store for inspection before processing a refund/exchange.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Software services, data recovery, or unlocking services are non-refundable once completed.
  • Any device that has been tampered with after repair (e.g., opened by another technician) will void the warranty.
