1. Repairs & Warranty
- We provide a 12 month warranty on all repairs, covering defective parts and workmanship.
- The warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage, liquid damage, or physical damage after repair.
- Issues unrelated to the original repair.
- Tampering by third parties after the repair.
2. Refunds for Repair Services
- If a device cannot be repaired after service, we will offer:
- A full refund if no fix was completed.
- A partial refund if parts were installed but the issue persists.
- Refunds are not provided for:
- Diagnostic fees (if applicable).
- Repairs that are successful but the customer changes their mind.
3. Returns & Exchanges for Parts & Accessories
- Unused accessories (cases, chargers, cables, etc.) can be returned within 14 days if in original packaging.
- Opened or used accessories cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Faulty accessories can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of purchase.
4. Process for Returns & Refunds
- Customers must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
- Customers must bring the device/accessory to our store for inspection before processing a refund/exchange.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Software services, data recovery, or unlocking services are non-refundable once completed.
- Any device that has been tampered with after repair (e.g., opened by another technician) will void the warranty.
